Structured wiring for connected homes and businesses
A structured low-voltage plan keeps data, audio, camera and control wiring organized around a central equipment location instead of creating a collection of disconnected fixes later. We can help plan cable routes, termination points, rack or enclosure locations and service loops with future maintenance in mind.
Ethernet, access-point and camera cabling
Wired Ethernet remains one of the best ways to support high-demand devices and a strong Wi-Fi system. Properly located cable runs can feed ceiling or wall-mounted wireless access points, PoE cameras, network switches, televisions, workstations and other devices that benefit from a stable wired connection.
Speaker wire and audio prewire
If whole-home audio, in-ceiling speakers, outdoor audio or surround sound may be part of the project, installing speaker wire during construction is usually cleaner and more flexible than trying to add it after walls are finished. We can coordinate speaker locations with the audio system design and central equipment.
Plan for what comes next
Technology changes faster than houses. Spare cable, conduit in strategic locations, thoughtful rack space and accessible pathways can make future upgrades easier. We focus on infrastructure that supports today’s project while leaving sensible options for tomorrow.
